Get Inspired · holiday

Easter is just around the corner and it is one of my absolute most favorite holidays. It’s sunny out, time with family is a must, work slows down a bit, church picks up a lot, and it kicks off birthday season in our family – all things I adore. Two huge bonuses on top of that: I get to decorate like crazy around our house with pretty pastels, metallics, and sweet prints and fabrics, and I get the urge to bake everything citrusy and covered in buttercream frosting (stay tuned for those adventures!). Bottom line: Easter’s the best.

All this being said, I’ve already decorated for Easter (pics below) and wanted to share some of my favorite finds with you!

Inspired to update your decor? Let’s get started!

You knew my list would start off with pillows. But seriously, there is no better way to update your decor and the feel of a room than with easy-to-store and inexpensive pillows. How sweet are these Easter pillows in delicate pastels and precious bunnies? They work on your couch, chairs, benches, or even your bed if you decorate in there for Easter, too! Buy the wreath pillow here and take a closer look at the bunny lumbar pillow here.

What’s Easter decor without bunnies? I love these more modern options because they’ll work with any decor and don’t look out of place in a contemporary home. Grab a few silver bunny tealights before your Easter festivities here and pick up a few white bunnies right here!

Again, what’s Easter without eggs? If you want to skip dyeing them this year (nothing wrong with that!), pick up a few metallic eggs to distribute through your house or better yet, let the kiddos hunt for them with the ease of knowing it’s no big deal if you don’t find them all! I also love the oversized eggs that suit any space, especially this pretty gold one. Pick up your metallic eggs here and a few gold glittery eggs right here.

Once spring has sprung, flowers are a must. You can grab a bunch at the grocery store before your guests arrive, or you can pick up a few pretty silk florals at your nearest craft store, but don’t be caught without some gorgeous flowers to make your tables come to life. And you’ll need vases, too, so why not try something a little fresher and more organic-feeling so they’ll last throughout the spring and summer months? Grab a few pretty blue vases here and pick up some springy-green vases to make your table pop here!

Easter wreaths and garlands are quick, versatile, and easy-to-store decor items you can enjoy for years to come. I love the blingy choices like those above, but there are plenty of simple options, too! Check out the gold and salmon wreath and coordinating garland here and here and the gorgeous pastel wreath here.

Y’all know that my guiltiest pleasure is having a candle in every room, and I have recently invested in Woodwick throughout my house for two reasons: 1. they burn evenly, slowly, and with wonderful fragrance and 2. they have the most pleasant light crackling sound that reminds me of a bonfire on a crisp night. Thus, I’m always looking to keep up my supply of candles, and Easter entertaining is no exception! Pick up a few lemon candles here or lilac here.

Hope you have a great time decorating!

  1. Pretty everything! Your house looks so perfect, yet comfortable! Your decor is seasonal, but not over-the-top! Love it and love you! xoxoπŸ‡πŸŒ·πŸ‡πŸŒ·πŸ‡πŸŒ·
